Follow up on #14460 (review)
Removes the French translations for the Expressive Code UI strings.
Context: I noticed the French translation was missing a space in an Expressive Code UI string. But, since Starlight already translates them, I think it doesn't make sense to maintain the translations in two places and we should remove them from Astro Docs.
