Clarify Android compatibility guidance

Closes #309.

Summary

• mark the Android page as historical 2.x-era guidance rather than current setup documentation
• add upfront compatibility caveats for Android users before the 2016 blog-post link
• link the active WireMock Android compatibility issues covering Jetty startup crashes and the 3.8.0 PathTemplate regex failure

Verification

• pnpm.cmd install
• pnpm.cmd build rendered dist/docs/solutions/android/index.html with the new compatibility section
• the build still exits non-zero afterwards because of the repo''s pre-existing Windows copy-static-homepage hook bug that tries to copy to C:\C:\...\dist\index.html
