ubreco build with larpandora updates

This PR updates the interface to CreatePandoraMCParticles to support changes implemented for DUNE, as per the dependency LArSoft/larpandora#52, which itself depends on LArSoft/larpandoracontent#95. The quoted PRs are due to be released in the coming larsoft iteration.
