🧪 CI Workflow Verification Test

This is a minimal test PR to verify all CI workflows are functioning correctly after recent improvements.

Purpose

  • ✅ Verify all CI workflows trigger properly
  • ✅ Confirm 80% coverage threshold is enforced
  • ✅ Test that all quality gates are operational
  • ✅ Ensure workflows run on regular branches (not ci-cd-maintenance)

Changes

  • Added simple documentation file test_ci_verification.md
  • No code changes
  • No CI/CD configuration changes

Expected CI Behavior

All workflows should run and pass:

  • CI Gates (quality checks, tests, coverage)
  • PR Feedback (inline annotations)
  • Security Review
  • Code Annotations
  • Coverage validation (should show 80%+)

Next Steps

  1. Wait for all CI workflows to complete
  2. Verify they all ran successfully
  3. Check that coverage is reported as 80%+
  4. Close this PR after verification

Note: This PR can be closed without merging once we verify the CI is working correctly.

- Add simple test file to trigger all CI workflows
- Verify 80% coverage threshold is enforced
- Confirm all quality gates are operational
- This PR can be closed after CI verification
