"Añadir tarjeta nueva" means that the card, itself, is new. On the other hand "Añadir nueva tarjeta" does mean to add a new card.
This commit translates admin.navigation and some other related strings to Spanish
This commit translates admin.cms and some other related strings to Spanish
Favicon translations were missing. Also one translation referred to "orden", but that means command in Spanish. Changed that to "pedido".

This patch adds Spanish translations for the new CMS and Navigation sections that were added in Spree 4.3

Ideally more improvements should be added, like being able to translate dropdown field options, but those require changing Spree Frontend first to make it possible.
