This PR adds (1) a sensfunc input parameter, star_arxiv, to override the default archive for a standard star flux table; and (2) a new archive, "lbtmods" which contains a set of 10-A bin flux tables for 15 spectrophotometric standards.
In most cases, the higher resolution calspec tables would be preferable, but there are a few stars whose flux tables, calspec or another archive, have insufficient spectral range to cover the red end of the MODS red channel (some calspec spectra go up to 9200 angstroms only), or in the case of one star, to cover the blue and red ends.
