- Generated more SECDED code modules
- Updated SECDED enc/dec generation Script to also generate correctors (detector only fixes errors in data bits, corrector fixes errors in all bits)
- Added general ECC encoder and corrector module with parameters for number or errors to correct and number of errors to detect.
- Added ECC protected Flipflop with variable data width, code options (number of errors to detect & correct), optional integrated encoder, decoder and self-correction, for 10 different types of FFs.
- Added test benches for the new modules
