• Convert legacy UAV CV helper imports to package-relative imports and guard failed video/image reads.
• Type CameraNode parameters and dynamically loaded preprocess hooks.
• Mark optional debug dependencies for hardware/debug tools.
• Normalize OpenCV/NumPy array handling across CV helpers and vision nodes.
• Folded Use relative imports in UAV CV helpers #209, Type CameraNode parameters #219, Mark optional debug dependencies #225, and Type UAV CV array helpers #227 into this PR as separate commits.

Verification

• Constituent focused Pyright, compile, ruff, and payload DLZ pytest checks from the folded PRs passed when created.
• Integrated workspace Pyright baseline after condensation: 161 files analyzed, 0 errors, 0 warnings.
