Pylance: type UAV launch and setup helpers

Problem

The integrated workspace Pyright pass reports UAV launch/package diagnostics in:

• uav/launch/main.launch.py
• uav/launch/vehicle_stack.launch.py
• uav/setup.py

The errors cover airframe return unpacking, JSON launch config values used where launch APIs expect strings, optional camera/PX4 launch state, and a setup command mixin whose super().run() call is not visible to Pyright.

Acceptance

• The focused Pyright slice for the touched launch/setup files is clean.
• The branch passes python3 -m compileall, ruff check, and ruff format --check for the touched files.
• Relevant launch helper tests pass.
