+## How to Become a Translator
+
+We’re inviting volunteer translators to help make the DISCOVER Cookbook accessible to communities around the world. Here's how to join:
+
+### 1. **Read the Blog Post:** 
+
+- The blog post serves as the official invitation to join the DISCOVER Cookbook translation project, outlining its mission to make inclusive event planning resources accessible across languages and cultures. It introduces the Cookbook’s purpose, explains the impact of translation, and calls for volunteer translators fluent in English and another language—while welcoming all language backgrounds. It also shares key dates, contributor benefits, and links to the application form and project resources, acting as the gateway for interested contributors to get involved and help communities worldwide.

+## Onboarding & Access
+
+Once selected, you’ll receive access for the following platforms:
+
+- **Transifex:** Our translation management platform. You’ll receive an invite to join the DISCOVER Cookbook project.  
+- **Discord:** Our main space for real-time communication and collaboration.  
+  - You’ll be added to a dedicated **Discord channel** for translators.  
+- **Email:** Important updates and reminders will be sent via email.  
+- **Meetings:** Optional check-ins or onboarding calls may be scheduled to support contributors.
