I hope that the development of HTML Tidy will not be permanently discontinued and this pull request that solve the bug due to I downgraded Tidy to the version 5.6.0 will be accepted. Thanks. |

There's some other test failures currently but this might be a useful jumping off point for someone else who's facing this issue.
