Type: Info about Tidy bug 🪲

Tidy 5.8.0 formats a code inside <pre> tags. User nakajima fixed this bug, but his pull request isn’t accepted. The latest commit on Tidy repository dated by January 2022, i.e. Tidy no maintained 3 years.

I downgraded to Tidy 5.6.0 that not formats a code inside <pre> tags.

I think it would be nice if would be possible to download Tidy 5.6.0 via htmltidy2 without a necessity to downgrade htmltidy2.

@Kristinita well that issue, is upstream issue can't do antyhing, you can use old version 0.3.0, or you can pass old tidy binary path as option like this

tidy(text, [options], callback, binary)
