Make sure the plugin is installed, payment method is activated in your Better Payment dashboard as well as in the WooCommerce plugin settings under Payments.
You will have to configure this payment method based on your preferences by navigating to WooCommerce's Payments configurations.
Collection of DOB or Gender should be enabled, if risk checks are enabled for this payment method in your Better Payment dashboard and requires these fields.
You can also configure if the customer should receive payment instructions upon a payment request, in case they have to manually transfer the due amount to your bank accounts provided in the configurations.
Once the customers reach to checkout page and click to pay button, they will reach the confirmation page, as long as the risk checks have been successful.
Depending if risk checks configured in your account in Dashboard, you may need to turn on collection of Date of Birth or Gender in plugin configurations.
