Actions

1. Click here to create a new collection. A collection contains items and can have nested collections.

2. Click here to generate a link to this page if you wish to share it (see Visibility page)

3. Show the visibility of the collection (see Visibility page)

4. The total number of items in this collection, including nested collections items.

5. The total number of nested collections in this collection.

6. Add a new item to the collection (see Items page)

7. Edit the collection.

8. Delete the collection (:warning: This will remove all items and nested collections contained inside the collection)

9. Apply tags to all collection items (see Tags page)

10. See modification history concerning this collection.

11. Display all items inside the collection and its nested collections on the same page.

Create a new Collection

The form to add a new collection looks like this:

1. The thumbnail for your collection. Can be left empty.
2. Its name
3. Choose if other users can see your collection (see Visibility page)
4. Give a custom name to the nested collections section (defaults to Sub-collections)
5. Give a custom name to the items section (defaults to Items)
6. If your collection is nested into another one
7. Section to add custom fields (metadata) to your collection
8. Apply a template (see Templates page)
9. Add a custom field (see Fields page)
