[Feature] Introduce System Option Menu

Features

• Add System Option Menu
• Add Display Settings
  • You can change miss layer duration and enable/disable vsync here.
• Add Audio Settings
  • You can select the sound driver and its playback driver, and adjust audio buffer size for launching LR2.
  • If you disable Fmod Ex, you can't change other sound settings since they are unused when Fmod Ex is disabled.
• Screen is now resizable and render scales are applied as a factor when deciding its initial size.

Other changes

• Some namespace's names are changed.
• Reorganized some files to proper path.
