New module providing a unified inbox for managing customer conversations across multiple channels with support teams, canned responses, labels, and real-time messaging capabilities.

Major enhancements to the Customer Engagement module:

Features:
- SLA policies with response/resolution time targets
- Routing rules for automatic conversation assignment
- Automation engine for triggered actions
- CSAT surveys with email templates
- Metrics and analytics (agent, channel, overall)
- API keys for external integrations
- Transfer wizard for conversation reassignment
- CRM, Helpdesk, and Sale integrations

Technical fixes:
- Fix view_mode tree→list for Odoo 17+ compatibility
- Fix kanban templates (kanban-card→card)
- Remove references to non-existent security groups
- Add role="status" to alert elements
- Fix duplicate field labels

Renames:
- support_team → engage_team
- support_folder → engage_folder
