279_demo_default_on_template — sync main with deployed demo UI Lands the final demo-mode-ON-by-default gate template (commits 277/278 on demo-submit-on-submit-screen) onto main. Backend (#276) already on main; this is the net proposals_templates.go change that is live on Cloud Run (rev kaimi-dashboard-00018, image aaacec3). Syncs main with what is already live on Cloud Run (rev 00018, image aaacec3): demo-mode-ON-by-default gate template. Backend (#276) already on main and byte-identical; net change is just proposals_templates.go (277/278). Fresh off origin/main to dodge the stacked-squash conflict in #279, which this supersedes.
