GITLAB_CLI_VERSION is bumped to 1.102.0, but upstream gitlab-org/cli tag v1.102.0 declares go 1.26.3 in its go.mod; if this repo’s build/CI still uses older Go (e.g., go_120), the build will fail with a "go version required" error.
