buildenv:2 Bumping GITLAB_CLI_VERSION to 1.101.0 also bumps the upstream Go toolchain requirement (tag v1.101.0 has go 1.26.3 in go.mod). Consider confirming the CI/build images and check_go logic provide a new enough Go version so the build doesn’t fail early on the go directive.
