Adds Data Olympus as a local-first governed project-knowledge tool for AI coding agents.
The useful distinction is that it is not only persistent recall: agents can propose new learnings, humans promote accepted guidance, and MCP retrieval filters out expired or superseded rules before they enter future coding sessions.
