Description of changes:

Обновлено описание поля resources.disk_size и поля disk_size_autoscaling.disk_size_limit в ресурсе yandex_mdb_redis_cluster_v2.

Ранее в документации было указано, что значение задаётся в байтах.
На практике API ожидает целое число в гигабайтах — при передаче значения в байтах
создание кластера завершается ошибками валидации или переполнением int64
(disk size must be a positive integer value (-9223372036854775808)).

При этом в примерах все задается корректно - в гигабайтах :)

Никто уже не вернёт мне пару часов жизни, потраченных на поиски причины,
почему «20 ГБ» внезапно оказались отрицательным числом.
