- The meat of the changes are in RangzenMessageStore, I removed the old sharedpref way of storing messages
- Fixed several of the unit test, everything passes on my box.
- Added test for the RangzenMessageStore.RanzenAppMessage
- Updated the old UI so it still compiles, some functionality may not be perfect, but it's being scrapped so I put that as low priority, more or less ignored.

- added back in RangzenMessageStore test - Cleaned up some code.
