What?

Adds support for Flux Kontext model.

How?

This PR adds a new example that runs Flux Kontext. The example is very similar to flux_usp_example.py, but has Flux Kontrol specific features, such as image loading and naturally using the correct pipeline.

Summary of Changes

Hello @avjves, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request integrates the Flux Kontext model into the system, providing a new example that demonstrates its usage for image generation. The example highlights specific features like image loading and proper pipeline configuration, ensuring seamless operation. Additionally, the necessary documentation and configuration files have been updated to reflect this new model support.

Highlights

  • Flux Kontext Model Support: Integrated the Flux Kontext model, expanding the system's capabilities for advanced image generation.
  • New Example Script: Introduced "examples/flux_kontext_example.py", a dedicated script for running Flux Kontext inference, similar to "flux_usp_example.py" but with specific features for Flux Kontrol.
  • Image Loading and Pipeline Integration: The new example demonstrates Flux Kontrol-specific features, such as image loading and utilizing the appropriate pipeline for Flux Kontext.
  • Documentation and Configuration Updates: Updated "README.md" to list Flux Kontext as a supported model and "xfuser/config/diffusers.py" to specify its minimum required Diffusers version.

Code Review

This pull request adds support for the Flux Kontext model by introducing a new example script and updating the documentation. The changes are generally good, but I've identified a critical bug in the parallelization logic's padding calculation that needs to be addressed. Additionally, I've suggested improvements to replace hardcoded values with configurable parameters for better flexibility and consistency with other examples. There are also a couple of minor issues regarding potential file I/O errors and a documentation typo.
