[WIP] let me filter on token meta, and program loader

I think this is probably something for 0.5.0

issues:

• changing filter doesn't change the count, so you don't actually see the filtered items you want
• if you select MetaplexTokenMetadata you get a binary data - need to use the metaplex vew
• same is probably true if you accountview an ATA?
