Add logpmf/pdf for all distributions except for PLN. Add tests for pmf/pdf/cdf of the common distributions (Poisson lognormal, truncated logseries, truncated exponential, truncated pareto, truncated geometric with and without zeros, truncated negative binomial, and truncated weibull).
