Bump crate to 4.1.0 and date the changelog section.
Two entries under Changed are technically breaking (
OrderUpdate::OrderBoundvariant,DATA_ADVISORY_CODESslice type); both are covered indocs/migration-4.0.md§6/§11 and treated as within 4.x.Deferred to next release: #809 (timezone substring lookup), #789 (request/order id collision).
