Adaptive Aggregation

Adaptive Aggregation is an experimental research direction within HYWE investigating how spatial organization may evolve through relational interaction rather than fixed composition.
This area remains speculative and is not currently implemented as a finalized system.
HYWE explores whether larger spatial organizations may emerge gradually through:
- adjacency
- hierarchy
- relational continuity
- topology propagation
- local organizational behavior
HYWE does not treat adaptive systems as replacements for architectural authorship.
Instead, these investigations explore how computational systems may assist designers in:
- navigating complexity
- evaluating alternatives
- maintaining organizational coherence
- exploring spatial variation
while preserving intentional design direction.
- How much organizational behavior should emerge automatically?
- Can adaptive systems remain architecturally legible?
- How should flexibility interact with intentional control?
