works 100%
got rid of some old documents in my local. BPSK and QPSK are now accurate. QAM will be next.
visuals of BER plot are improved
Applied theory to graphs to cover BER and SER changes

Constellation diagram targets were changed to match theory. Modelled accurately except for 8-QAM as expected. the bit tracker has been added
