Adds missing objects to Alterac Valley and deletes duplicates of old objects.
This PR adds no objects that are removed in any patch.

Set guid to any of your choosing. I picked random empty guids.

Proof

  • All of the objects are spawned to this day in Alterac Valley on retail.
