[cli] feat: enable emacs-style terminal navigation

Problem

The interactive eve CLI only supported arrow keys for navigation. Users accustomed to emacs-style keybindings (common in shells and editors) had no way to move through prompt history, slash-command suggestions, or selection menus with Ctrl-P/Ctrl-N.

Solution

Map Ctrl-P to "up" and Ctrl-N to "down" everywhere arrow navigation already works: prompt history recall, the slash-command typeahead, and setup/select menus. The bindings are decoded in parseKey and folded into the existing navigation handlers as aliases, so behavior matches Up/Down exactly. Added unit tests and ctrlN()/ctrlP() mock-terminal helpers.
