Use extension name when determining default build directory

Up to now, the name of the extension's project directory is used for the default build directory. However, this name may not be descriptive as users consider them a detail. For instance, torchhull uses _C which leads to a non-intuitive directory name that could hardly be distinguished from libraries using the same pattern. Consider the actual extension module name instead to facilitate identifying the build directory.
