In #62 the XVA builder was changed from a hardcoded timeout to use the
install_timeoutconfig option matching the ISO builder; but it was never actually set by parsingRawInstallTimeout. This caused the XVA build to fail immediately inStepWaitForIPwithCould not get IP address of VM: Timed out.
