Modernize and polish About App screen UI

Summary

This PR modernizes and refines the About App screen (AppInfoScreen.kt):

Key Changes

• Hero Header: Polished header section with centered brand logo (TrmnlOrange), typography, and subtitle.
• Application Details Card: Wrapped version and build type in an OutlinedCard with 16.dp rounded corners and subtle dividers.
• Interactive Resource Links Card: Replaced standalone buttons with a unified list card featuring circular icon badges, titles, descriptions, and trailing forward chevrons (Icons.AutoMirrored.Filled.ArrowForward) for:

• Footer: Added a clean open source attribution note.

Verification

• Ran ./gradlew formatKotlin (code formatted according to project conventions)
• Ran ./gradlew lintKotlin testDebugUnitTest --parallel --daemon (all tests and lints passed)
• Ran ./gradlew assembleDebug (build succeeded)
• Verified and tested on device with android run
