As the title, this allows Abaddon to run on any platform without having to compile yourself or rely on additional packages.
There are some known issues with glib, mainly with external modules such as input manager (you cannot use ibus or fcitx5 if you use the AppImage on an OS version different from the one intended for the build), but it basically works normally.
