Initial work for installing readymade onto the image (from terra). Currently readymade isn't available for centos 10 due to dependency issues (terrapkg/packages#4299) so this doesn't work with bluefin LTS.

This also depends on FyraLabs/readymade#50 for the install to work

that has been fixed but there are other issues that need to be fixed in the pr
