Adds cell navigation (parent, children, neighbors) to the website cell explorer. This includes a little hover preview so you can tell which cell(s) you're about to select. I slightly adjusted the styling of the text in the box (smaller font) to avoid making it too hard to read, and to make the map responsive to light/dark mode.
