Review: Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration + Configuration.Binder 10.0.7 → 10.0.10 (servicing releases, no release notes published for this range — routine .NET patch train). Diff limited to Directory.Packages.props. CI green on all platforms.
Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration line to 10.0.10 (paired with .Binder here vs. .Json in #5596). Whichever merges second will conflict on that line and need a Dependabot rebase (@dependabot rebase) before it can go in — not a reason to block either, just merge one at a time. Safe to merge.
