This tries to make the use of nob_procs_append_with_flush faster.
Previously nob_procs_append_with_flush waited for all processes to finish,
with this nob_procs_append_with_flush only waits for at least one (more might get flushed by nob_procs_flush)
Modify as you wish/need.
