Full-stack observability that doesn't burn your AWS bill.
Logs, metrics, traces, RUM, synthetics, APM, and LLM observability — built on open standards and an open-source data lake, priced for teams that count seats.

A single platform that covers the observability surface most vendors split into four products and four invoices.
- APM — distributed tracing and service health for backend systems
- RUM — real-user monitoring for web and mobile
- Synthetic monitoring — uptime, transaction checks, and API probes from global regions
- LLM observability — token cost, latency, quality, and prompt/response tracing for AI features
- Operations — dashboards, alerts, incident management, and an AI SRE that triages with you, not at you
- One backend — every signal lands in the same store, queryable side-by-side without a Rosetta stone
We build for engineering teams who want the depth of an enterprise stack without the enterprise contract.
Our query and storage layer is open source.
IceGate is an observability data lake engine written in Rust. It stores telemetry as Apache Iceberg tables on object storage — Parquet files, Arrow in memory, ACID via the Iceberg catalog, and SQL through Apache DataFusion. It speaks OpenTelemetry on ingest and Loki-compatible APIs on the read side, so existing tooling drops in without a rewrite.
It powers TripleCloud, and you can run it yourself. No proprietary format. No vendor lock-in by storage layer. Your S3 bucket, your data.
- Telemetry types — logs, metrics, traces, events, and profiles
- Wire protocol — native OpenTelemetry over OTLP/gRPC and OTLP/HTTP
- Compatibility — Prometheus remote write, Loki push, and the broader OTel collector ecosystem
- Storage format — Apache Iceberg + Parquet on S3-compatible object storage
- Query — SQL via Apache DataFusion, plus PromQL and LogQL on top
- Integrations — first-class support for the OpenTelemetry collector and its hundreds of receivers, processors, and exporters
If your stack already emits OTel, you are ten minutes from ingesting into TripleCloud.
