When doing composer updates have it increase the version in the
composer.json as well as composer.lock

This is done so that it will work better with types in the future.
Previously it would have to be typed as an int. Now we can type as
ScheduleStyle in many places. Not all as sometimes do need to pass the
int value.
  * The old code called Date::Now() twice and used wall-clock time,
    which made this test sensitive to runtime date/time transitions.
  * Using a single fixed test date object removes that variability
    and keeps expected recurrence counts stable.
