Fixes a small set of clear errors found while scanning all MDX pages for spelling, grammar, and formatting issues.

development.mdx: Corrected the invalidnpm mint updatecommand tonpm i -g mint@latestin the "Mintlify versions" section.essentials/images.mdx: Added missing colons at the end of two sentences that introduce code blocks ("…using the following code" and "…to add images").No other issues were found — no misspellings, duplicate words, broken markdown syntax, malformed frontmatter, or mismatched quotes. Technical terms, product names, and code samples were left untouched.
