Replaces the top-level # pg_textsearch heading with the banner image so the README opens with the banner, and removes the now-duplicate banner that previously sat below the status line.

Docs-only change; no functional impact.

Replace the top-level `# pg_textsearch` heading with the banner image
so it opens the README, and remove the now-duplicate banner below the
status line.

LGTM, docs-only README tweak.

Extended reasoning...

Overview

This PR is a single-file docs-only change to README.md. It replaces the top-level # pg_textsearch heading with the banner image and removes the now-duplicate banner that previously sat below the status line.

Security risks

None. This is a markdown change to a README file with no executable code or configuration impact.

Level of scrutiny

Minimal — this is a cosmetic README change with no functional impact on the extension. The diff is 2 lines added / 2 lines removed and the intent is clearly stated in the PR description.

Other factors

The bug hunting system found no issues. The change is mechanical and self-contained.
