This PR adds support for configuring any OpenAI compatible API provider for the AI summarisation.
After entering your API URL (and optionally API key) Vibe will try to fetch the list of available models and provide you with a drop down list to select from, if it can't list the models (some old servers didn't have support for the /models endpoint) it will let you enter a model manually.
