- Add hf_token setting field (stored in DB, UI input for token)
- Configure TTS service to read token from settings at runtime
- Add word_timings column to chunks table for accurate word sync
- Calculate word timings based on character length ratio
- Update player to use word timings for karaoke highlighting
- Update AGENTS.md to require API client regeneration
