This PR adds support for the fediverse:creator OpenGraph tag, allowing blog authors to specify their Fediverse account ID. This follows Mastodon's standard for highlighting journalism content.
Key changes:
- Added configuration option for
ogp.fediverse.creator - Refactored configuration saving logic to use iteration instead of duplication
- Added UI field for Fediverse User ID in configuration panel

[nitpick] The label 'Fediverse User ID' is inconsistent with the documented configuration key comment. The comment at line 9 refers to it as 'your fediverse ID', while similar labels for Facebook use 'Application ID' and 'User ID'. Consider changing this to 'Fediverse ID' for consistency with the comment, or update the comment to match this label.
