Updates the published Subprocessors List.

  • Add Vercel Inc. (Aperture only) as cloud hosting / AI gateway for Customer AI Content, with a footnote on Vercel's own downstream model providers.
  • Add Customer AI Content to the AWS row; define it by reference to the Aperture Terms.
  • Add an Applies to column: all products vs. Aperture only.
  • Add a footnote on DERP relays carrying end-to-end encrypted traffic.
  • Expand subprocessors to full legal entity names (AWSAmazon Web Services, Inc., etc.).
  • Fix the table delimiter row (six cells against five headers), which stopped GFM from rendering the table at all.
  • Bump Last Updated to 2026-08-25.

Add Vercel Inc. as a subprocessor for Customer AI Content, optionally
configured via Aperture, with a footnote noting that Vercel routes
requests to third-party model providers acting as Vercel's own
subprocessors under Vercel's data processing terms.

Add Customer AI Content to the data processed by Amazon Web Services,
and define the term by reference to the Aperture Terms.

Expand each existing subprocessor to its full legal entity name.

I'd like to request adding a new column titled "Relevant Services". We have customers with strict subprocessor terms (with the lowest being 15 days prior) and want to avoid confusion on optional products. I fear the footnote will not be enough.

It's that or a separate table for Aperture for clarity.

Add an "Applies to" column distinguishing subprocessors used across all
products from those used only for Aperture, and note that Vercel serves
as an AI gateway.

Add a footnote explaining that DERP servers relay end-to-end encrypted
traffic and that their operators have no access to relayed contents.

Fix the table delimiter row, which had six cells against five headers.
The mismatch stopped GFM from recognizing the table at all and made
pandoc emit an empty sixth column.
