This is a bit experimental. My hope is that this correctly captures the PATH set by
setup-uv, andBASH_ENVwill persist that into the Testbox bash environment, which I believe is non-interactive, so does not load ~/.bashrc. If it doesn't work, well, we're no worse off, it shouldn't interfere with the Testbox.
