This PR fixes the navbar layout and responsiveness.
This PR fixes the navigation bar on both desktop and mobile views.

Key Fixes

• Removed duplicate className blocks and fixed malformed template literals
• Fixed header class merging issue that broke scrolling transition
• Improved mobile hamburger icon transformation logic
• Added linksBefore section to reorder Home before dropdowns
• Fixed padding, spacing, and alignment issues on desktop navbar
• Adjusted dropdown hover area, spacing, and shadow styles
• Cleaned up unused transitions and hover animations
• Improved readability of NavDropdown and MobileNavDrawer components

These changes improve:

• Responsiveness
• Visual stability
