Fixes icon visibility and contrast issue in the Quick Answers cards on the FAQ page when dark mode is enabled.

Before

• Icons looked dull and low contrast against the dark background.

After

• Improved icon background color and opacity for better visibility in dark mode.
• Verified alignment and spacing stay consistent.

Notes

• Only UI fix — no logic changes.
• Tested in Chrome and Edge.
