Improve UI responsiveness and styling on About, Leadership, and Contact pages

About Us Page:

• Removed delayed hover transitions in the Goal section grid.

Leadership Page:

• Restyled the directors description scrollbar for a cleaner look.
• Added dark mode compatibility with a darker scrollbar for better contrast.

Contact Us Page:

• Fixed delayed hover transitions in both the "Get in Touch" and "Connect with Our Community" sections.
• Resolved icon alignment issue in "Connect with Our Community" previously, social media icons (GitHub, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and their labels slightly shifted a little to the right side on hover; now stabilized with an additional wrapper with a div.
• Centered the arrow icon inside the "Join Chat" button for proper vertical alignment.
